Any breakage or damage to resort items will be charged at actual cost. 3. Please help maintain ecological balance by avoiding plastic bags and refraining from littering. Travellers may face fines for littering. 4. Consider carrying dry snacks and a refillable water bottle for convenience during the trip. 5. Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are strictly prohibited during this tour. Travoozo bears no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any property during the tour. 6. Booking Confirmation
1. Upon successful booking, a confirmation voucher will be promptly dispatched to the customer via email within a maximum of 6 hours. 2. If your preferred slots aren't available, we'll arrange a new schedule you'll love. You'll get a revised confirmation voucher by email. 3. Or, if you want to cancel before confirmation, you'll receive a full refund—no questions asked!
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations made 20 days before the scheduled date of travel will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total tour cost. 2. Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days before the scheduled date of travel will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 60% of the total tour cost. 3. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date of travel will result in a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the total tour cost.
Rescheduling Policy
1. Rescheduling made 25 days prior to the Date of Travel will incur a 20% rescheduling fee based on the total tour cost. 2. Between 25 and 15 days before the Date of Travel, rescheduling incurs a 40% fee based on the total tour cost. 3. Rescheduling within 15 days of the Date of Travel will incur an 60% rescheduling fee calculated from the total tour cost. 4. Clients who reschedule and subsequently cancel their tours or treks are subject to the standard cancellation policy. Rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
Refund Policy
1. The eligible refund will be processed within 6-8 business days from the date of cancellation. 2. Refunds will be credited either to the original payment source or provided as credit in Travoozo Club Rewards, in accordance with the customer's preference and our terms of service.
